For the first time since being in LA I have experienced the dreaded humidity that I thought I left behind on the East Coast. Feeling sticky and hot is less than enjoyable for this LA publicist. However, I have taken solace in after work pool dips and the occasional ice pop!
With that said, I am absolutely in love with Mastrad’s ice pop maker. While having to watch my sugar, this allows me to put my own ingredients in 🙂
Here’s one of my favorite recipes below:
- 2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 pinch salt
Special Equipment: 1 (10 count) Ice Pop Maker
Combine strawberry pop ingredients. Place in freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
