For most people in Los Angeles, the weekends are a time to head for the beach. This weekend was no different when over 5,000 people flocked to Malibu, CA to take part in an unforgettable test of endurance. For the 5th year in a row, Konnect PR has pulled out all the stops working with the Nautica Malibu Triathlon presented by Equinox to raise awareness and money for pediatric cancer research at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. In its 29th year, the Nautica Malibu Triathlon raised over 1.317 million dollars for the program at CHLA.
With a celebrity division that included the likes of Chase Crawford, Collin Egglesfield, Geoff Stults, Adam Gregory, Eric Etebari, and Jack Falahee, it is safe to say that the ladies of this Los Angeles PR Agency were not complaining about their 2:30 a.m. wake up call or the 90+ degree weather.
The ever so handsome Chase Crawford, SWOON!
The amazing triathletes entering their 1/2 mile swim course.
Collin Egglesfield won 1st in the celebrity male individual division.
Jack Falahee of How To Get Away With Murder raised over $11,000 for the cause.
The absolutely adorable Tot Trotters during their race.
Congratulations on another successful year of the Nautica Malibu Triathlon and many more to come!
