It’s finally October and once again pink is taking over the month for Breast Cancer Awareness. It’s one of our favorite months, considering pink is kind of our thing and we’re lucky to work with a variety of clients that dedicate their time for philanthropic endeavors this October! Check out what a few of our clients are doing to contribute to the fight against Breast Cancer!

Hungry Howie’s, the originator of flavored crust pizza, continues with its seventh annual “Love, Hope & Pizza” campaign. This month the brand will serve pizza in pink boxes embellished with the National Breast Cancer Inc.® (NBCF) logo and a portion of the proceeds of pizza sales will be donated to the foundation. Along with all pizzas, a portion of each chocolate Howie Brownie™ sale, decorated with a pink raspberry sauce, will go to NBCF.
Hungry Howie’s is also encouraging customers to share personal stories of their experiences with breast cancer, as well as their stories of love, hope and inspiration via Hungry Howie’s Facebook. Those who ‘share’ a story on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of the third week of October will receive a coupon code for a free, small cheese pizza. Additionally, throughout the entire month of October, any customer who donates ten dollars to NBCF using a link on www.hungryhowies.com will be sent a certificate for a free, large, one topping pizza (valid at participating stores, excludes Alabama and Florida).
