Let me start with one thing – we ALL love our jobs at Konnect. But no matter what your position in the company is, it can get stressful and demanding at times, especially before big events or major holidays when you want to score great media coverage for your clients. So after a busy day of sending emails, creating media lists, dealing with client’s requests etc., we all like to have that one after work activity, or more, that keeps us sane. What do Konnect members do when they leave their desks?
For the past 8 months, my biggest obsession has been going boxing. I initially started going there to get fit, which is the most obvious reason, but as the time went, it has proven to be a great way to “relax” after a busy day at work. There is nothing better than coming home with a clear head.
Hiking is my thing! I love my job, but there are times when it gets a bit stressful. There is no better way to cool down that with a mind-clearing hike.

In college I studied Dance and PR. Growing up as a child of two actors, the arts have always been very important to me and something that I didn’t want to lose post-college. While I absolutely love working in PR, I still love being a part of the arts by doing activities after work, such as seeing a show at the Ahmanson, attending a dance class at Edge Performing Arts Center, or going to museums like the Broad.”
Besides working, I thoroughly enjoy attending concerts (preferably Taylor Swift), movie premiers and the hottest L.A. events. Since moving to Hollywood, I have picked up cooking and baking as a hobby, trying the craziest of recipes in her spare time and settling in for a Netflix binge session nightly. If not watching Gossip Girl or indulging in sweet treats, I can be spotted at YAS Fitness Center DTLA participating in an intense spin class a few times a week.

After a hard day at work there’s nothing better than giving my muscles and mind a little relax. Nothing can make my neck sore, and my back ache like a long day at the office and only Yoga helps me get rid of the pain. I consider it my “after work revitalizer”
What do you do when it’s time to leave?
